Sense of Agency - A Definition

"Commonly defined as the sense that one is the author of their own actions and their consequences." 

A sense of agency requires the conditions of belonging, agency and flow.

Meaningful engagement starts with the individual. If you are creating spaces where people are invited to participate and you are hoping they will engage cooperatively, keep these things in mind:
